Thank you for your interest in KidsZone by VN Digital Global! We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for such scenarios.

Non-refundable Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, once an order is completed and the product is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds. Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. Once downloaded, the files become part of your digital library.

Exceptions:

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you face any of the issues listed below, please contact us at support@vndigitalglobal.com:

Product not received: If you do not receive your download within 14 days, we will issue a full refund.
Technical errors: If the file is inaccessible or corrupted, we will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation:

We currently do not offer cancellations once an order is placed, as digital products are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase. If you have not received your product within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
